Infrared works on a “line-of-sight” basis. If someone is standing behind a pillar or a locker, they’re going to be cold. Period. You have to map out your ceiling and wall placement carefully. Overlap the patterns so there are no “cold spots” where people are left shivering. And a word of caution: these tubes get incredibly hot. Give them plenty of breathing room. Keep them far away from anything flammable, or you’ll end up with scorched walls.
