China Electric Heater Supplier: Why We Spec 400V Halogen Tubes for Industrial Heat
We build electric heaters for the real, messy world of industrial heating—especially the spots where you need intense, focused heat and you need it now. Our halogen tube heaters are made for those high-temp zones where space is tight and you can’t afford to wait around.
Let’s talk power, voltage, and fit
We choose 400V because it gives you serious wattage without pushing huge current through the line. That means you can run smaller conductors and worry less about voltage drop over distance. And the tube itself? It’s 300mm long and just 10mm across. So you get a huge amount of heat packed into a small footprint. At 2500W, the temperature climbs fast—like, really fast. That’s the point. But it also means the parts nearby need to be ready for the heat. Plan accordingly.
What’s inside: halogen, coating, and the right connections
Halogen elements help keep output steady over the heater’s life. They fight early burn-out by helping the filament stay in shape, so you get consistent performance instead of a sudden drop-off. The quartz envelope handles thermal shock without flinching. Inside, a reflective coating pushes the energy forward, so more of what you generate actually reaches the target as usable radiant heat. For the base, we use an R7s connector—proven in industrial work. It gives you solid contacts and makes replacement straightforward. If your setup needs something different, we can also do the Sk15 termination to match your mounting and wiring.
Where this shines: PET blowing and other high-heat spots
Take PET blowing. The preform needs heat quickly, and it needs it consistently, cycle after cycle. This configuration hits the target temperature fast, holds it steady, and installs as a straightforward drop-in replacement. Just keep one thing in mind: you’re dealing with serious thermal density. Make sure you’ve got enough cooling and clearance around the unit. Plan the space, and the heater will do its job—without drama.
