What It’s Made Of
Inside, the halogen element is housed in a quartz envelope. This gives you lightning-fast thermal response and keeps the output steady for the life of the lamp. The reflector coating is another key detail—it directs the energy right where you need it, boosting efficiency on the workpiece and keeping excess heat off nearby components. Then there’s the R7s connector. It’s a compact, two-pin interface that’s proven itself over and over. It locks the tube in place and handles the full load without any fussy extra connections. It’s a simple, drop-in setup that can take the constant vibration of the plant floor without breaking a sweat.
