The guts: quartz tube, halogen fill, and the right connections.
The quartz tube can take the heat—fast cycling, high temps—without getting soft. Inside, the halogen fill keeps the filament steady and fights blackening, so the output stays consistent month after month. Then there’s the R7s connector. It’s the kind of termination you can wire up quickly and trust to stay put when the plant floor is shaking. Where it shines—and what to keep in mind.
This configuration is made for jobs that need intense, focused heat in a small footprint—PET blowing, plastic preform heating, and similar industrial tasks.
