You&amp;rsquo;ve got thick steam, wild temperature swings, and constant moisture hanging in the air. It&amp;rsquo;s a brutal environment.&#xA;If we just did a quick &amp;ldquo;plug it in and see if it lights up&amp;rdquo; test before shipping, we&amp;rsquo;d be lying to you. You’d start seeing burnt-out bulbs and rusted connectors within a few months. Nobody wants that.&#xA;Here is the thing about humidity. Water vapor is sneaky. It finds the tiniest gaps in the housing and the seals. When the lamp clicks on and off, that moisture shifts and moves, basically pulling grime and contaminants right toward the electrodes.&#xA;If we don&amp;rsquo;t push the seals to their limit in the factory, we have no idea if they&amp;rsquo;ll actually hold up. So, we put every batch through high-humidity cycles. We basically try to break them here, so they don&amp;rsquo;t break in your customer&amp;rsquo;s ceiling.&#xA;We pay a lot of attention to where the wiring hits the quartz tube. If corrosion creeps in there, the electrical resistance goes up. That leads to overheating. Then, suddenly, a connector melts or the filament just snaps. It&amp;rsquo;s a mess. By simulating years of steam exposure, we make sure the metal stays clean and the current stays steady.&#xA;Now, this isn&amp;rsquo;t the fastest way to work. Running these tests adds days to our production. It slows everything down.&#xA;But we&amp;rsquo;re okay with that. Why? Because a failure in a high-end bathroom ceiling is a total nightmare. You can&amp;rsquo;t just pop a bulb out of a luxury fixture without risking the whole installation. It&amp;rsquo;s just not worth the risk.&#xA;While the lamps are aging, we keep a close eye on the reflective coating and the wattage. If the light dims or a seal gives way under pressure, we scrap the whole lot.&#xA;It&amp;rsquo;s the only way we can sleep at night knowing the lamp won&amp;rsquo;t quit the second someone turns on the shower.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
